Lord,
I pray you please keep my sad tears safe. I’m already burdened enough in this life living sober. I don’t need the wrong person to see my sad tears. For there are those who prey to take advantage more. All I want to do is show up for myself on a new better path, for others because of you. Just because I am hurt doesn’t mean I can’t be of service. For there is a time and a place for my sad tears to be safe. Help me to discern the boundaries of what is my work alone or when to safely share. But most of all, please give me the strength to pursue pure healing. Please give me the wisdom and ability to walk this path with purposeful courage. For with you all things are possible. Thank you for giving your divine love in this endeavor. In Jesus name, amen.
